What's up with Chile Bomba?

After 18 great years, we’ve decided to flip our El Rodeo at Hillsborough St. into something fresh and new. We want to carry on the long tradition that this location has had as a neighborhood restaurant and hangout spot for local residents and the N.C. State community. The venue has gone through a vibrant renovation that we are very excited to present! The menu's been tweaked and presents delicious new items alongside longtime favorites all at great value. A new drink menu is in place with awesome new margaritas and seasonal draft selections and Mexican favorites. We grew up walking this street aplenty and a couple of us here attended this great university. We want to bring a revamped spot the Wolfpack will feel at home in.
